Solution Ramp Park Waiver of Liability

The Solution Ramp Park Rules and Regulation Agreement 

Waivers can be completed at Solution Ramp Park, If you are over 18 or will accompanied by a parent or gaurdian.

Otherwise, you must print and complete both of the above forms.

Waiver:

Every participant must sign a waiver of liability provided by our company. If participant is a minor, then it must have the parent or legal guardian's signature. If the minor is chaperoned by a party other than parent or guardian, then the waiver MUST be printed off and signed by parent or guardian and notarized. Participants and or guardians must provide proper identification in the form of a picture ID when signing waivers.

Rules and Regulation Agreement:

Every participant must sign the rules and regulation agreement. If participant is a minor, their parent or guardian must sign as well. If minor is chaperoned by a party other than their parent or guardian then agreement MUST be printed off and signed by parent or guardian and notarized. By signing the agreement, the participants and guardians are acknowledging that they have read and understand the rules and regulations of Solution Ramp Park. By signing the Rules and Regulations agreement the participant and participants guardians are agreeing to abide by the rules put forth and are subject to disciplinary action if rules and regulations are breeched.

SOLUTION RAMP PARK RULES AND REGULATIONS

  • 1. Ride At Your Own Risk
  • 2. Must Have Liability Waiver on File Before Skating or Riding
  • 3. Helmets Are Required! Knee & Elbow Pads Are Highly Recommended
  • 4. Children Under 10 Must Be Accompanied By An Adult
  • 5. No Drugs, Alcohol, Or Weapons
  • 6. No Tobacco Products Allowed In Park
  • 7. No Profanity Or Disorderly Conduct
  • 8. No Vandalism, Graffiti, Tagging or Other Means of Defacing Property
  • 9. No Food Or Drinks Allowed Inside Riding Area
  • 10. No Gum, Do Not Stick Gum on Riding Surface
  • 11. No Soliciting
  • 12. Spectators Must Remain in Designated Area or Have Waiver on File
  • 13. All Participants Must Wear Designated Wrist Band For The Duration Of Their Paid Session
  • 14. No Fighting!
  • 15. Be Respectful To Employees and Other Participants
  • 16. Be Courteous, Take Turns and Watch Out For Other Riders
  • 17. Riders must be 12 years or older to ride in the foam pit
  • 18. No Refunds-No Exceptions
  • 19. Management reserves the right to eject anyone from the park at any time or for any reason. No Questions Asked!

 

Violation Of These Rules May Lead To Removal From The Facility and Possible Suspension of Skating or Riding Privileges. No refunds if you are ejected for breaking rules.
